FLOOR, CEILING (ANGLE AND WALL) MOUNTING METHOD
Ceiling and angle mounted robots provide:
• Easier access to the machine being serviced

Some restrictions exist for the angle and wall mounting.

 
MOTORS DIRECTLY COUPLED TO THE REDUCER

HOLLOW JOINT CONSTRUCTION
Reduced wear of cable routing as most reducers have hollow construction.

ADDITIONAL MOUNTING FACILITY ON J3 ARM
Close mounting of gripper control valves providing a quicker gripper response.
OPTION: MATERIAL HANDLING SOLUTION ARM
The Material Handling Solution Arm for M-6iB/6S and M-6iB/2HS is an integrated dressout package from J3 to J6, including air and signal cables.
• Higher speed at J6
• No interference between the dresspack and the environment
• Stable behaviour of cable, hence increase of the cable reliability
• Reduced teaching and production cost with off-line teaching and position adjustment function with ROBOGUIDE (Option)

• Easier maintenance
• Note: it decreases the M-6iB/6S payload to 4 kg, and reduces the motion range of the two robots at J4 and J5
