Heavy-duty, fully automatic, carbide band saw, sturdily mounted on a column, for economically cutting large work pieces of all grades, including Inconel, Hastelloy and titanium. Simple operation featuring programming of segment length and automatic setting of saw feed by way of CNC control. Impressive carbide design featuring a third blade guide at the start of the cut and lifting of the blade at the end of the cut in order to improve band saw service life. Correct process execution is ensured by monitoring cutting accuracy.
