Shim Keepers Info

It is a fact, that shims are an accessory that need replacing often due to damage and loss.

Amada's Shim Keeper can provide a low cost answer to this problem. The Shim Keeper functions as a shim, it has clips which locate securely inside the die. Following maintenance, shims can be attached to the shim keeper which is then clipped into the die.

When the die is not in use shims can now be stored securely with the die ready for immediate use, dramatically reducing set-up time and preventing the potential loss of shims.

The Shim Keeper sets are available to suit "A" and "B" Station dies.

5 off Shim Keeper -------0.5mm Thickness
5 off Die Shim------------0.2mm Thickness
5 off Die Shim------------0.4mm Thickness
