The first system in the world employing a six axis
robot, plus a longitudinal external axis, where one of its special features is to automatically change the upper and lower tools on the
press brake.
Also with the interaction of our Supervisor software, a products list is sent to the
machine and controlled by the range of components and number of parts as per the production requirements. As a consequence of this it instructs the
robot the way and the order that must be followed for putting the tools on the
press. Furthermore for each piece to be
bent the software allows the
robot to recognize the relative gripper required. The grippers are located in a warehouse, closed to the
press brake and are automatically selected.
