Amada's thick turret "A" Station Adjustable Downform Countersink Kit caters for a wide variety of diameters, material types and thicknesses.

The "A" Station provides for more location options within the turret for other tools, indeed, the pre-pierced hole and countersink operations can be performed on the same turret track to minimise turret rotation and set-up time. The kit has seven sizes ranging from M2 ~ M6 and handles material from
1.0 ~ 3.2mm thick.

The easy adjustment mechanism allows for quick set-up time and easy material thickness adjustment eliminating any need for calliper or vernier aided height adjustment.
