A-K Gas Spring Pack Info

The heavy duty A-K Gas Spring Pack is designed to punch through thick gauge tough materials.

The spring pack design is a nitrogen gas charged canister that increase the stripping force, this enable the tool to punch thick gauge Stainless Steel and hot rolled mild steel etc.

The tool design allows the tool to control the 'strip-miss' error that all too often occurs during the punching of thick gauge materials. Another common problem is sheet distortion. The A-K Gas Springs eliminate the distortion of the material as well as keeping the punched hole position accurate and the edge of the punched hole sharp.
