Auto Index Adaptor info

Turret capacity is an issue that is increasingly being addressed by customers these days. This is due to the sheer amount of small, detailed close pitch punching operations that are increasingly required. This kind of work necessitates many "A" station tools.

The ADP-7 provides a solution to some of these problems by allowing a more flexible turret layout.

The ADP adaptor fits into an "E" station auto index station and provides the user with 7off "A" station locations.

The centre "A" station tool is auto indexable.

Existing punch assemblies can be set directly into the ADP-7, including standard tooling, Airblow tooling, NEX Tooling round and shape.
