Bottom Feed Tooling for Nuts

For the 618 Plus, 824 Plus, and WindowTouch-3: Automatically insert nuts into flat parts as well as into hard to reach holes such as those on the underside of a flange.

Shuttle Nut Tooling

For the 618 Plus, and 824 Plus: Ideal for automatic insertion of nuts and short standoffs, especially in applications requiring small profile vacuum tooling.

Shuttle Tooling for Studs and Standoffs

For the 618 Plus and 824 Plus: Install studs and standoffs into a variety of part configurations including fasteners close to vertical flanges. This tooling allows the operator to see the fastener and speeds insertion.

Nut orientation modules feature "wrap around nut rail" and a shorter fall-off ramp, delivering more fasteners faster.

Improved nut path and precision discharge connection give trouble-free singulation. Longer singulation module for ¼-20 and 6mm nuts gives continuous feeding at high feed rates.

Nut orientation module incorporates "spillover" cover to contain fasteners at high vibration levels, while improved lid design and precision manufacturing controls on singulation units prevent shingling and crossover jams.

(Universal for all shuttle style tooling)

SureFire™

Nonconductive material eliminates the need for non metallic elements in each shuttle tool.

The same T-Bracket is now used for both stud/standoff- and nut- shuttles.

An adaptor plate enables the nonconductive module to be used with all earlier stud/standoff shuttle tools.

J-Frame Bracket Assembly for Automatic Bottom Feed Tool

Tool holder for bottom-feeding nuts into holes that would otherwise be inaccessible; especially valuable when frame clearance is a problem.
