Bending Welding Punching

The standard production entails slitter lines manufactured for the following characteristics:

  • Cutting width of 500, 850, 1000, 1250 and 1500 mm;
  • Coil weights of 7 and 12 tons;
  • Thickness of 0.2 mm to 1.2 mm for the light-weight lines;
  • Thickness of 0.4 mm to 2.5 mm of soft steel and 1.5 - 2 mm of stainless steel for the heavy-duty lines.

They are equipped with drives in direct current, for a cutting speed of 30 to 100 m/min and cutting tolerances of +/- mm 0.1 for the light-weight line +/- mm 0.01 for the heavy-duty lines.

These lines are available in two configurations:

Bending Welding Punching

With felt presses for normal materials such as galvanized, pickled, oiled, silicon steel and so on.

Bending Welding Punching

With roller press more suitable to cut materials such as stainless steel, aluminium and pre-painted metal.

The lines may be made up of:

  • Light-weight decoilers with brake and trestle support plus manual expansion spindle, suitable for sheet metal cutting requirements;
  • Heavy-duty decoilers with drive and raised spindle plus hydraulic expansion, equipped with hydraulic loading cradle;
  • Roll infeed unit;

  • Lengthwise cutting unit with circular blades, manual shifting system and rapid roll-blocking system for the light-weight lines and blade assembly system, rubber rings and spacers for the heavy-duty lines;
  • Light-weight and heavy-duty coilers with drive, raised spindle and hydraulic expansion;
  • Coil unloading devices with turntables or hydraulic unloading cradles.
