Clinching tool kits

There are 4 tool families:

  • Round, 2 blades. Narrow tool for small edges and gutters
  • Round, 3 blades. Universal use, smallest outer diameter, for corners and small edges
  • Round, 4 blades Robust tooling for thick material and large size joint
  • Rectangular, 2 blades. Robust, polyvalent tool, for more than 2 layers, larges variations of thicknesses, high thickness and harder materials such as stainless steel


Tool kits must be selected according to geometry of accessibility, sheet metal parameters and strength requirements
