Due to the complexity of certain punched components we have to increasingly rely upon the flexibility of the turret layout. This applies in particularly to auto-index stations.

Amada's Conversion Sleeves allow for the exchange of smaller tool assembly's into larger station holders.

The punch assembly is simply located into the conversion sleeve and the die is inserted into the conversion die holder.

This allows "A" Station tools to be converted into "B" Station tools, "C" Station to "D" Station and "D" Station to "E" Station.

A simple and cheap solution to a common problem.
